I founded Step Up in the year 2020 as a way to help more leaders realize their potential for seizing opportunity, overcoming hurdles, and having positive societal impact.
After many years of investing in privately held companies, I've observed patterns in operating models and leadership styles. And I've navigated many special situations during my own leadership service as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, as a finance executive, and as the founding Executive Director of a fellowship focused on developing global leaders in all corners of the Finance industry. I leverage this experience to help other leaders.
Through my Step Up coaching practice and through moderation of transformative board and team discussions, I can help you make progress.
